Episode Title: Making Each Other Better

If you’re stuck in the middle of your story, it may be time to invite some accountability into your journey. Here’s why, coming up next on the Syndicate.

Ep 200 show:

Welcome to The Perna Syndicate! All week, we’ve been talking about how to get through the middle of your story to a successful and happy ending, where you reach your goal and all the rewards that come with it.

There’s a lot of personal responsibility involved with setting and reaching goals. No one can do it for you. But, the people in your life can do it with you.

That’s why it’s so important to invite others to be part of your journey. We can so easily get stuck in the middle if we go it alone. America’s successful space missions were accomplished not by an individual, but by a team. Every person had a part to play. They worked together, they made each other better, and that’s why they succeeded.

Maybe you’re a person who can go it alone, but more likely than not, it can help to be part of a team. Even if your goal is a personal one that depends solely on your choices and actions, making yourself accountable to someone else can be a huge help along the way.

Inviting others to be part of our journey is good for us—and for them. We make each other better as we strive toward our goals, both big and small, together. Mutual encouragement is crucial in the middle of your story.

So ask yourself: who can you encourage today as they move toward their goals? And who can you invite to be part of your success story? We can accomplish more when we do it together.

Thanks for listening! It’s been a great week on the Syndicate and I look forward to seeing you back here next week for more insights and inspiration. Take care!
