Q: How can I book Mark Perna to come speak at my event?

Q: Where can I get more information on the TFS Career Tree®?

Q: I’ve heard a lot about EnrollTrack®. Will it work for my organization’s special enrollment situations and requirements?

A: EnrollTrack is a powerful cloud-based online application system that is completely customizable to your specific needs. Q: Can I track potential students using EnrollTrack?

A: Absolutely! With our enhanced addition of EnrollTrack releasing later this year, you’ll be able to track all your prospective students, as well as all the major events and marketing drips (open houses, mailings, visits to schools, etc.) that touch each student.

Q: I am a homeschool/career center/teacher user and EnrollTrack won’t let me log in. What’s wrong?

A: It’s possible you may be trying to log in through the wrong portal. Many times, users try to log in using the student portal because they have forgotten or misplaced the link to their personalized portal. Check the portal name above the login next time you enter your username and password to be sure it’s the right one — and give us a call if you’re still having issues!

Q: Can I export my data out of EnrollTrack?

A: With ease! EnrollTrack allows you to configure and export customized lists of student data. These lists are exported in a .csv format, which is easily recognizable by many other programs. Csv files can also be quickly converted to an .xls format if you wish.

Q: With EnrollTrack, can I look up how many students we have from ABC High School who are female?

A: Yes, assuming you decide to collect info on the students’ gender. The system provides a set of tools that allow you to look up data based on a number of criteria. These can be combined to create very specific lists. These filters can also be used to track data across a length of time or even compare it year to year.

Q: When I submit my logo for use on printed materials, what format is needed?

A: A logo created in vector format (Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps) is always preferred. Vector files are scalable without any image loss or distortion to ensure clean, crisp reproduction of your logo. Jpeg files are bitmap images which often look rasterized and pixelated when enlarged. If a high-quality version of your logo simply is not available, we can most likely recreate a clean vector version for you for use on your materials. Also, any logo usage or style guides should be passed along to us, as well as your organization’s brand colors (either Pantone PMS colors or CMYK build colors).

Q: On my print materials, can you use photography I have taken?

A: Occasionally we receive photos of students in classroom scenarios, building images, etc. to be used in project designs. Many times, the image quality is low. Provided photography should be high resolution, preferably 300 dpi. Often, images taken on mobile phones and other devices are lower resolution (72 dpi). Although they may look fine on screen, 72 dpi imagery is not high-enough quality for use on your printed materials. Please also consider if your photography requires any legal release forms from the subjects in the pictures.

Q: How can I be sure that my marketing materials are being mailed to the right target audience?

A: You want to be sure that you’re getting the biggest bang for your marketing dollar, so you definitely need to find out who and where your right students are. What types of students typically register for classes? What is their age range? Do you know their income level, median home value, etc.? All of these things can help narrow down who and where your potential students are. Once you’re armed with the right information, we can help you reach them!
